Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Escape&Die. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns of unused and undamaged products with original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted.

Cancellation: Once ordered product cannot be cancelled on the contrary we accept product returns within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs to be managed by client.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@escapedie.com or call us at +91 82848 94249 to initiate the return process.

2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible.

3. Ship the product to:

   India

Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
• Please include your order number and reason for return in your return package.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
